Senior Product Manager - Hyderabad

Job Description

E2open is seeking a Senior Product Manager in Hyderabad to manage the complete lifecycle of one or more products. The Product Manager will develop a deep understanding of business problems, industry trends, and technology trends, aligning them with E2open's strategy to develop product strategy, create roadmaps, and work with R&D to deliver the product. The Product Manager will navigate conflicting stakeholder to maximize end-customer value. Strong communication, analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills are essential.

Responsibilities include:

• Gaining alignment with internal and external stakeholders on product strategy.
• Translating product strategy into short-term and long-term roadmaps.
• Creating detailed Business specifications, acceptance use cases, and other artifacts.
• Identifying user experience needs and working with UX designers.
• Maintaining consistent engagement with end users, customers, and stakeholders.
• Working with Product Communication to create/update Help guides, Release Notes, Videos.
• Studying competition and analyst reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• 1-6 years as Product Manager or 3-5 years as Business Analyst in a company delivering cloud enterprise solutions.
• Prior experience in supply chain data visibility, interoperability, and analytics a plus.
• Experience working in a scrum team.
• Strong speaking, writing, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
