Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for institutional clients during onboarding.
- Design solutions for a seamless onboarding experience.
- Collaborate with Sales and Sales Trading Teams to gather necessary information.
- Drive risk-based client solutions to ensure compliance.
- Manage requests from multiple internal stakeholders.
- Measure and monitor client risk indicators.
- Negotiate terms with clients.
- Contribute to product development with client feedback.
- Track metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements: - Integrity is essential.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, client consulting, or financial services.
- Experience in client onboarding, preferably in crypto or banking.
- Strong network and passion for crypto markets.
- Client-facing and project management experience.
