The Enterprise Engagement Manager role at Signifyd involves building strong relationships with potential clients. This role supports Account Executives in expanding sales territories. The Engagement Manager will be responsible for outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, driving event attendance, and conducting account research.
Role Involves:
- Prospecting, educating, and qualifying target accounts.
- Partnering with Account Executives to develop territory strategies.
- Managing the full sales cycle in the Mid-Market segment.
- Conducting market research to understand customer organizations.
- Identifying unique insights about prospect businesses.
- Qualifying and routing inbound leads.
- Aligning outreach with marketing efforts.
- Preparing for and participating in qualification calls.
- Updating Salesforce with detailed reports.
- Attending industry events to enhance relationships.
- Developing outbound cadences for target prospects.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or related roles.
- 2+ years of experience in payments, eCommerce, and fraud (preferred).
- Strong analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a matrixed environment.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish).
- Impeccable organization and attention to detail.
- Desire to understand eCommerce and payments.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Experience closing deals (preferred).
