IT Systems Engineer at Intercom

Intercom is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to evolve its IT infrastructure, focusing on deliverability, identity & access management, and compliance. The successful candidate will join an ambitious IT team leveraging SaaS-based solutions to enhance business processes and employee lifecycle automation.

What the role involves:

• Identifying and solving automation and integration problems.
• Designing, building, and owning efficient automations.
• Participating in cross-organizational projects.
• Governing and promoting automation through enablement and education.
• Driving IT incident response.
• Integrating and utilizing AI tooling.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Systems Engineer.
• Great problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of a high-level programming language.
• Experience building and operating systems in the cloud.
• Passion for systems and automation.
