Senior Product Management Consultant (f/m/x) at Product People

Product People, a leading European product management service, is seeking a Senior Product Management Consultant. This role involves helping Product People become a category-defining company in the consulting space. The candidate will serve as an Interim Senior Product Manager for digital-first companies, driving complex cross-functional initiatives in B2C or B2B products. They will prioritize, manage discovery and delivery, and solve problems for both clients and the company. The ideal candidate will effectively manage various groups, adapt to communication preferences, and integrate quickly into teams.

• Helping Product People to become category-defining company
• Serving as Interim Senior Product Manager
• Driving complex cross-functional initiatives in B2C/B2B products

• Coaching next generation of PMs

Requirements:

• Experience in fixing messes and creating structure from chaos
• Optimistic and composed under pressure
• Driven, collaborative, and excellent communication skills
• Clear communicator with excellent English skills (C2 or native level). German (C1+) is a plus.
• Ability to absorb information and make decisions quickly
• Understanding of how companies make money and grow
