Kroll Bond Rating Agency Europe Limited is seeking an Analyst/Senior Analyst to join their Funds Ratings team in Dublin. The role involves assigning and monitoring credit ratings on debt instruments issued by funds. KBRA's ratings portfolio includes funds utilizing various strategies such as fixed income, private equity, and real estate.

The candidate will assist with credit research, develop analytical tools, prepare credit memos, and participate in meetings with fund management teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with credit research on funds.
  • Develop rating and analytical tools.
  • Prepare internal credit memos and publications.
  • Participate in diligence meetings with fund management teams.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases.
  • Collaborate with KBRA experts.
  • Assist in research for internal and publication purposes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Math.
  • One (1) to Three (3) years of experience as a credit analyst in fund lending, investing, or structured finance is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI tools is a plus.
