Kroll Bond Rating Agency Europe Limited is seeking an Associate/Associate Director to join their Funds Ratings team in Dublin. The role involves assigning and monitoring credit ratings on debt instruments issued by funds and related vehicles.
The role involves:
- Assisting with credit research on various funds and investment vehicles.
- Contributing to the development of rating and analytical tools, including cash flow and asset coverage models.
- Preparing internal credit memos and publications.
- Participating in diligence meetings with fund management teams.
- Developing and maintaining spreadsheets and databases.
- Collaborating with KBRA experts across different sectors.
- Assisting in research for internal and publication purposes.
- Independently leading credit ratings process and research efforts (for Associate Directors).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Math, or a related field.
- Four (4) to Eight (8) years of work experience as a credit analyst with experience in fund lending, investing, or structured finance is a significant plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and cash flow modeling.
- High attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools is a plus.
