Job Description
Verkada is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business acquisition in the Corporate (Non-SLED, 2,000-20,000 employees) market, focusing on manufacturing accounts in the Northeast. The role involves developing and executing a sales strategy within the assigned territory to achieve revenue growth.
Responsibilities: - Dedicate time to field-based sales activities.
- Develop and implement a territory plan.
- Manage the entire sales process.
- Meet or exceed individual targets.
- Initiate and manage expansion discussions.
- Devise a customer acquisition strategy.
- Drive business growth and enhance market presence.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of Verkada’s business and products.
- Create effective presentations and proposals.
- Provide account analysis and generate revenue forecasts.
Requirements: - 5-10+ years of B2B software/hardware technology sales experience.
- Proven track record of success in a sales-driven organization.
- Hunter sales mentality with a strong desire to be successful.
- Willingness to have a strong field presence and travel up to 50%.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles.
- Relevant software or hardware industry experience.
- Strong knowledge and execution of MEDDIC.
- Self-motivated, tenacious, and confident.
- Excellent communication skills.
- BS/BA degree strongly preferred.
