Job Description

Mitsogo is seeking a Content Writer to join their Hexnode team. Mitsogo is a global organization which values the contributions of each employee. Hexnode, the Enterprise software division of Mitsogo Inc., was founded with a mission to simplify the way people work and is operating in over 100 countries.

The Content Writer will be responsible for writing creative content that reflects Hexnode’s brand values and messaging.

Role Involves:

• Writing content for various channels like ad copies, website content, chatbot pop-ups, and emails.
• Creating copies that align with the company’s voice and personality.
• Researching market trends, competitors, and industry standards.
• Identifying and bridging gaps in existing content.
• Collaborating with multiple teams for new copy ideas and updates.
• Taking ownership of the provided material.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years’ experience in a B2B SaaS company (preferred).
• Ability to balance levity without compromising Hexnode’s core message.
• Ability to honor deadlines and accommodate sudden requirements.
• Self-sufficiency in providing copies that don’t require many iterations.
• Ability to conduct research as needed.
