Cobalt is seeking a Senior Account Executive to sell Pentesting and Offensive Security services to UK customers. The Account Executive will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals with mid-market customers. Cobalt's team is fully remote, and they are committed to helping organizations with Offensive Security Testing.
  • Owning the full sales cycle within the designated territory.
  • Conducting in-depth account research to identify high-value targets.
  • Generating and progressing pipeline opportunities through proactive outreach.
  • Identifying upsell potential and expanding footprint
  • Refining and optimizing sales processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Collaborating with Customer Success and Solution Architecture teams.
  • Engaging with clients directly and regularly.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience engaging enterprise clients within the cybersecurity and professional services sectors.
  • Demonstrated passion for multi-channel sales strategies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven expertise in SaaS solution sales to CTOs, CISOs, and senior security leadership.
  • Deep understanding of the security product landscape and experience navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Highly driven, with a strong work ethic and a results-first mindset.
  • Experience guiding clients through technical sales processes.
  • Adept at leading high-impact, in-person engagements.
  • Location is required to be in the UK.
