Cobalt is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to sell Pentesting and Offensive Security services to mid-market US customers. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting new accounts to closing deals. The Account Executive will also develop and execute upsell and cross-sell strategies within their customer portfolio.Cobalt's diverse, fully remote team is committed to helping organizations of all sizes with seamless, effective, and collaborative Offensive Security Testing.
What this role involves: - Managing the entire Sales Cycle in the assigned territory.
- Researching and analyzing target accounts.
- Prospecting, developing, and closing opportunities.
- Identifying and developing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Continuously refining sales strategies.
- Working closely with the account team.
- Preparing and delivering sales forecasts.
- Conducting impactful sales meetings.
Requirements: - 5+ years of success selling to technical customers within the technology space.
- Expertise in selling SaaS solutions to CTOs, CISOs, and other Security Leaders.
- Experience selling security products and understanding web application security.
- Consistent history of exceeding sales goals.
- Experience navigating complex technical sales cycles.
- Strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset.
- Passion and experience selling through multiple channels.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivation and adaptability.
- Ability to collaborate effectively.
