Point72 is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in their Warsaw office for a fixed-term position. The Recruiting Coordinator will provide administrative support to the recruiting team and assist with candidate recruiting processes.
The role involves:
Liaising with recruiters and candidates on logistics.
Maintaining candidate data in the applicant tracking system.
Managing phone coverage and setting up conference calls.
Ensuring clear communication with candidates.
Organizing and supporting career fairs.
Managing onboarding for new hires.
Streamlining and improving recruitment processes.
Requirements:
Exposure to recruiting is a plus.
Ability to exercise sound judgment.
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Proactive and self-motivated.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with all levels of staff.
Data-driven.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
Over 1 year of administrative or recruiting experience is a plus.
University degree required.
