Point72 is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in their Warsaw office for a fixed-term position. The Recruiting Coordinator will provide administrative support to the recruiting team and assist with candidate recruiting processes.
The role involves:
- Liaising with recruiters and candidates on logistics.
- Maintaining candidate data in the applicant tracking system.
- Managing phone coverage and setting up conference calls.
- Ensuring clear communication with candidates.
- Organizing and supporting career fairs.
- Managing onboarding for new hires.
- Streamlining and improving recruitment processes.
Requirements:
- Exposure to recruiting is a plus.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with all levels of staff.
- Data-driven.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Over 1 year of administrative or recruiting experience is a plus.
- University degree required.
