Point72 is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in their Warsaw office for a fixed-term position. The Recruiting Coordinator will provide administrative support to the recruiting team and assist with candidate recruiting processes.

The role involves:

  • Liaising with recruiters and candidates on logistics.
  • Maintaining candidate data in the applicant tracking system.
  • Managing phone coverage and setting up conference calls.
  • Ensuring clear communication with candidates.
  • Organizing and supporting career fairs.
  • Managing onboarding for new hires.
  • Streamlining and improving recruitment processes.

Requirements:

  • Exposure to recruiting is a plus.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with all levels of staff.
  • Data-driven.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • Over 1 year of administrative or recruiting experience is a plus.
  • University degree required.
