NextEnergy Group is seeking a Financial Project Manager to join their Group Finance team. The candidate will lead financial projects, focusing on project management, reconciliation, systems integration, and data population. They will also manage key initiatives, such as financial process mapping and standardization, and Group Audit support.
The role involves:
- Leading and executing financial projects.
- Managing key Group Finance projects.
- Driving systems integration efforts.
- Populating, analyzing, and managing large data sets.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Developing and maintaining documentation for all financial projects.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders.
- Assisting in the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- +2 years of experience in a financial or consultancy role.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Superb stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to compile and present data clearly.
- Good commercial understanding of the sector.
- IT Literacy.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
