Think Academy is seeking a full-time online math teacher to join their team in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. Initially, the role is on-site for the first 6 months, transitioning to remote work based on performance. Think Academy has branches is 10 countries and provides online and offline math courses, dedicated to helping students cultivate critical thinking and develop logical skills.
The teacher will deliver engaging math lessons using Think Academy's curriculum, provide one-on-one support, and communicate effectively with students and parents.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting remote math lessons using the Think Academy platform.
- Delivering engaging math lessons.
- Creating a positive online classroom environment for up to 18 students.
- Monitoring student progress and providing personalized feedback.
- Grading assignments and providing academic support.
- Participating in teaching-related activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree graduates are welcome to apply.
- Fluency in English with clear communication skills.
- Passionate about teaching and education with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
