OLIVER, a part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking an Operations Director in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This role is crucial for improving and expanding operational capabilities in the Asia Pacific region, given the increasing size and complexity of engagements.
The Operations Director will be responsible for the timely and accurate estimation and costing of effort, technology, and materials to meet client requirements. They will oversee the entire operation of agency services and products according to contractual timelines, budgets, and quality specifications across the region.
Role Involves:
- Identifying and developing initiatives to minimize erosion between Sold At vs Delivered At Project Margin.
- Increasing Delivery agility to accommodate new situations and evolving solutions.
- Introducing new methods, structures, and best practices to continually evolve our Delivery practice.
- Creating and managing documentation effectively monitoring progress and profitability.
- Leading the implementation of global program & technology rollouts in a regionally tailored fashion.
- Monitoring billable utilization targets across all disciplines and ensure resources are sufficiently billable.
- Owning the Account Review, Account Health Assessment and Client Satisfaction Survey processes regionally.
- Partnering with account leads to build, implement, and monitor corrective action plans for underperforming accounts & distressed business units.
- Maintenance and continuous improvement of the project lifecycle management in our proprietary infrastructure (OMG).
- Mentoring other mid-level Delivery staff within the region and oversee their career development.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 15 years in a delivery capacity.
- 10+ years in marketing services and interfacing directly with clients.
- 5+ years working in a regional or global capacity and managing through structural and/or significant process changes.
- Highly proficient in client commercial management.
- A demonstrated history of being both process-driven and result-focused.
- Curious and interested in technology and thinks first about how technology can be at the heart of client solutions.
- Comfortable working in a Global set-up across regions, cultures & time-zones.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence stakeholders and build strong and effective working relationships.
- Proficient in Adobe CC, Microsoft Office and other related software.
