OLIVER, a part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a Project Manager in Manila, Philippines. The Project Manager will lead the development of brand strategies, concepts, and campaign execution.

The Project Manager will orchestrate cross-functional teams and ensure seamless collaboration across creative, production, and client service functions. The position requires strategic foresight, leadership, and the ability to navigate challenges.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing digital and integrated campaigns in a creative and production agency.(at least 3+ years in similar roles)
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders while maintaining creative and operational excellence.
  • Be unafraid to ask questions and have an innate ability to identify and manage project risk.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and resources effectively to optimize project outcomes.
  • Excellent client engagement skills, with the ability to build strong, long-term relationships and influence decision-making.
  • Used to leveraging the experience of video and photography Producers as part of a holistic approach to campaign execution.
  • Previous experience of Project Budget Management and Scheduling.
  • Previous experience of Resource and Production services sourcing.
  • Have a positive, can-do outlook, willing to leverage past experience to provide the best solution for each project you own.
  • Be willing to share your experience where relevant and when it adds to the offering to the client.
  • Be financially conscientious when managing the delivery of a project ensuring all relevant parties are aware of financial implications of delays, additional amends and re-briefs.
  • Be able to verify the qualitative and quantitative output of a project against the project objectives.
  • Act as the first line of contact and digital expert for the Client and Account Mangers in the life cycle of a digital project.
  • Understanding of how to integrate with a client-side team whilst maintaining a top tier agency service.
  • Knowledge of creating content for CMSs and E-commerce would be a bonus.
