Job Description
Octagon is seeking an Experiential Manager to plan and execute event and experiential marketing programs for a Home Improvement client, focusing on multicultural audiences. This role involves working closely with the internal Octagon team, client team, and agency partners.Responsibilities include:
  • Planning and executing on-site activities, including activation plan development and implementation.
  • Managing on-site logistics and operations, such as catering, security, and staffing.
  • Writing event guidebooks and activation recaps.
  • Managing vendor relationships for event production and logistical needs.
  • Overseeing on-site staff, including Brand Ambassadors and junior team members.
  • Liaising with internal Octagon teams, client departments, and agency partners.
  • Tracking and reconciling program expenses and budget updates.
Requirements include:
  • Passion for sports, entertainment, gaming, music, and culture.
  • Understanding of U.S. Multicultural markets with hands-on event management experience.
  • 4-6 years of related experience in event planning and execution.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage relationships with vendors and partners.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
  • Flexibility for domestic travel and weekend/holiday work.
