The African Leadership University (ALU) is seeking a Senior Associate for the Registrar’s Office in Rwanda. This role is crucial in ensuring student data is accurate and compliant, while also streamlining academic processes. The Senior Associate will report to the Registrar and serve as the primary contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Influence key milestones in the student journey.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Manage grade confirmation and student status changes.
- Support the review of academic policies and processes.
- Ensure accurate data collection of student records.
- Complete campus-specific requests promptly.
- Make informed decisions to support ALU.
- Ensure adherence to ALU’s safeguarding policy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience as an Analyst.
- Experience in operations and project management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Growth mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Comfort with numbers and data interpretation.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Salesforce, and Business Intelligence tools.
