Inizio is seeking a dynamic Head of Payroll EMEA to lead and improve payroll operations across the region. This role involves leading a team to deliver multiple payrolls across Ireland, UK, and wider Europe, covering approximately 4000 employees. The position is based in Dublin, Ireland, or Manchester, UK, and operates on a hybrid work model. The Head of Payroll EMEA reports to the Global Process Owner Payroll in Yardley, Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will serve as the payroll subject matter expert, collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver strategic insights and drive operational excellence.

The Role Involves:

  • Overseeing end-to-end payroll operations across multiple teams
  • Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
  • Leading a diverse team, including an in-house UK payroll function
  • Championing process improvements and best practices
  • Enhancing performance and governance

The requirements:

  • 8 years of experience leading multi-country payroll operations
  • Chartered membership of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP)
  • Strong knowledge of EMEA payroll, taxation, and compliance
  • Expertise in process architecture, automation, and continuous improvement
  • Ability to translate strategy into applicable plans
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
