Inspire11 is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying and developing new client relationships. Inspire11 is a full-service consulting firm that helps clients reach their full potential by getting closer to their customers, their employees, and their communities.

The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in assessing client needs, building relationships, and prospecting for new business opportunities.

What this role involves:

  • Assessing prospective clients current and potential needs and determine appropriate products and solutions
  • Building customer relationships through strategic conversations to understand organizational business objectives and goals
  • Continuously prospecting to develop net new clients, which includes expanding existing relationships and products of accounts

Requirements:

  • Expert-level experience with strategic account management, sales process, and solution selling
  • Proven ability to translate customer needs into solution requirements through creating powerful value propositions and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal, planning, analytical skills, and business acumen for effective decision-making
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a pipeline of prospects successfully
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and able to handle multiple responsibilities
