NeuraFlash is seeking a Salesforce Quality Assurance Consultant to enhance the quality of Salesforce projects. The consultant will understand requirements, design solutions, and create QA plans within strict timelines. This role involves standardizing the QA practice and contributing to the team's success.Responsibilities include:
- Assessing requirements and features to identify areas for testing.
- Writing and executing test cases based on requirements, maintaining requirement traceability, and logging JIRA.
- Adapting to different technologies and team contexts.
- Communicating sensitively to client/team norms.
- Supporting and coordinating System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Explaining the UAT testing process to customers.
- Partnering with senior team members for task assignment and support.
- Reaching out to the team and client/project teams for clarification and follow-up.
- Publishing testing status and defects to stakeholders.
- Participating in client meetings to explain findings.
- Serving as a primary client contact for small projects.
- 2+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud.
- Salesforce.com domain knowledge (e.g., Field Service, Bots).
- Testing against feature stories.
- Documenting test results in detail.
- Prioritizing defects.
- Filing detailed issue reports.
- Browser/device and API testing experience.
- Developing QA plans.
- Understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Knowledge on Chatbots and IVR is a plus.
- Experience in automation testing.
- Comfortable presenting remotely and in person.
- Comfortable leading user story grooming sessions.
- Ability to discuss industry best practices.
