NeuraFlash is seeking a Salesforce Quality Assurance Consultant to ensure the quality of Salesforce projects. The consultant will collaborate with the AI Team and contribute to standardizing QA practices within strict timelines.Responsibilities include:
- Assessing requirements to identify areas to test.
- Writing and executing test cases, maintaining requirement traceability, and logging issues in JIRA.
- Adapting to different technologies and team contexts.
- Supporting System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Explaining the UAT testing process to clients.
- Publishing testing status and defects to stakeholders.
- Occasionally participating in client meetings.
- 2+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud.
- Salesforce.com domain knowledge.
- Experience testing against feature stories.
- Documenting test results.
- Prioritizing defects.
- Filing detailed issue reports.
- Browser/device testing, API testing.
- Developing QA plans.
- Understanding of SDLC methodologies and tools like JIRA.
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
