Job Description
NeuraFlash is seeking a Salesforce Quality Assurance Consultant to enhance the quality of Salesforce projects. This role involves understanding project requirements, designing QA plans, and executing tests within strict timelines. The consultant will contribute to standardizing QA practices and work closely with the AI Team.
Role Involves:
- Assessing requirements to identify testing areas.
- Writing and executing test cases, maintaining requirement traceability, and logging issues in JIRA.
- Supporting System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Explaining the UAT testing process to customers.
- Publishing testing status and defects to stakeholders.
- Participating in client meetings to explain findings.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud.
- Salesforce.com domain knowledge (e.g., Field Service, Bots).
- Experience testing against feature stories.
- Proficiency in documenting test results and filing detailed issue reports.
- Experience with browser/device testing and API testing.
- Understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
