Chatham Financial is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Valuation Advisor to manage the delivery of solutions for institutional real estate clients. The advisor will provide expert solutions in valuation, debt management, and consulting, enabling clients to assess risk, manage investments, and report financials. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their strategies and market trends.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of solutions for institutional real estate clients.
- Review and interpret information from real estate source documents.
- Implement quality control procedures.
- Maintain strong client relationships.

- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, real estate, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience working with institutional real estate or clients.
- Expertise in valuation, debt capital markets or consulting services strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Knowledge of real estate markets and industry trends.
