Implementation Manager

Job Description

TaxBit, founded in 2018, is seeking an Implementation Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to its enterprise customers. This role involves partnering with exchanges and FinTechs to implement TaxBit’s products, working with engineers and subject matter experts, and creating feedback loops to inform product development.TaxBit is backed by leading Silicon Valley VCs and has teams in multiple locations including New York City. The Implementation Manager will:

• Project manage complex implementation engagements.
• Oversee project plans with TaxBit SMEs and engineers.
• Capture client business goals and translate them into technical requirements.
• Document client data requirements and architecture.
• Establish and own client relationships.
• Help clients integrate with TaxBit’s product suite.
• Debug and investigate complex issues.
• Lead customer launches and ensure post go-live success.
• Contribute to a positive team culture.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Information Systems or similar
• 4+ years of experience in technology consulting, professional services, data analysis or related fields
• Experience in enterprise architecture, including AWS, integration technologies, and APIs
• Experience working with Engineering teams
• Effective communication and client management skills
• Strong problem solving skills and an ability to thrive amidst ambiguity
• Passion for and curiosity about digital assets
• FinTech or Tax & Accounting experience preferred
