Ocrolus is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to join their team. This role is pivotal in understanding and unlocking the value of the company's data, supporting the company's mission through data-driven insights.
The Lead Data Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. They will also mentor a team of data analysts, ensuring high-quality analysis and insights are delivered to stakeholders.
The position is remote and based in India.
- Designing and implementing data architecture solutions to optimize data processes.
- Creating and maintaining end-to-end data pipelines from streaming platforms like Kafka to Snowflake.
- Building and optimizing OLTP & OLAP dashboards for analytical reporting.
- Writing and optimizing SQL queries to analyze large datasets.
- Leading and mentoring a team of data analysts.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements.
- Optimizing existing analytics processes to enhance reporting capabilities.
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders and delivering actionable insights.
- 6+ years of experience in data analytics, data architecture, and process optimization.
- Expertise in SQL, including writing complex queries and optimizing database performance.
- Experience building data pipelines from streaming platforms like Kafka and integrating it with Snowflake.
- Proven experience developing and optimizing OLTP & OLAP dashboards and Proficiency in any visualization tool like Power BI or Tableau
- Strong understanding of data architecture, process optimization, and ETL pipeline management.
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership and mentoring junior analysts.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
