Ocrolus is seeking a Senior People Operations - Compliance professional to join their team in Noida, India. This role is crucial in implementing HR programs and policies, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and managing HR MIS databases. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in HR Operations and excellent communication skills.
The Senior People Operations - Compliance will work at the intersection of AI and fintech, helping lenders automate workflows with confidence. Ocrolus's AI-powered data and analytics platform processes nearly one million credit applications monthly, making this role impactful in the financial industry.
Responsibilities:
- Implement Human Resources programs & policies.
- Conduct onboarding and off-boarding activities.
- Design, implement, and manage employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee grievances and escalate as needed.
- Provide HR support to managers and other functions.
- Support and process conduct and performance management issues.
- Administer exit interviews and share feedback.
- Develop and organize recurring Employee Engagement Activities.
- Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies for compliance.
- Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions.
- Design, develop, and maintain HR MIS databases and systems.
- Generate regular reports and analytics to track key HR metrics.
- Oversee the maintenance of employee records and compliance documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory reports.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HR Operations.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Focus on excellence and adaptability.
- Details oriented.
- Ability to have sensitive conversations.
- Excellent feedback skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts including Night shift.
- MBA(HR) is a value add.
