Ocrolus is seeking a Product Designer to contribute to its mission of automating workflows in the fintech industry. The Product Designer will play a key role in defining the user experience for Ocrolus's CURA platform, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to address UI/UX challenges and drive innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Design user-centric interfaces.
- Define user experience through artifacts like personas and user journeys.
- Develop UI/UX ideas based on customer interests.
- Solve UI/UX problems for platform verifiers.
- Build prototypes to test designs.
- Maintain visual and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into product experiences.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in software or web services.
- Proficiency in design thinking methodologies.
- Strong information presentation skills.
- Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Understanding of JIRA and Agile processes.
- Ability to translate business goals into digital experiences.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and branding aesthetics.
- Willingness to work EMEA shift hours (1 PM to 10 PM IST).
