Project Manager, Localisation

Job Description

Smartling is looking for a Localization Project Manager to work remotely from Ireland. The Project Manager will ensure language services are accessible, scalable, and reliable for Smartling's customers. The role involves coordinating with linguists, customers, and the Smartling team to deliver translation projects on time and with high quality.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and deliver translation requests daily.
• Diagnose service issues and present solutions to customers.
• Respond to customer requests and inquiries promptly.
• Work with freelance translators to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Foster positive relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, and product teams.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of localization experience.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial, persistent, and positive attitude.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• High self-motivation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Comfort with cloud-based software.
• Bachelor’s degree.
