Sotheby's is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support all aspects of the colleague experience. The HR Coordinator will maintain employee records and ensure the smooth operation of the HR department.Responsibilities include:
Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department
Centralizing all payroll administration across the HR team
HRIS super-user managing the accuracy of all employee information
Compiling and maintaining employee records
Overseeing HR events and meetings and coordinating management-employee communications
Processing of invoices on SAP
Advising employees on leave
Tracking probationary periods and temporary contract end dates
Supporting the implementation of HR systems or databases
Managing the administration of changes to employment terms
Administering employee benefits
Processing starter / leaver documentation, including induction processes and exit interviews.

The role offers:
A proposed base salary for this position ranges from $55,000-$70,000
