Job Description
Pismo is seeking a Senior Director, Sales Executive to drive new client acquisitions and foster growth by selling Pismo's solutions. The ideal candidate will develop and manage a pipeline of new opportunities, collaborate with regional leaders and partners, and consistently meet booking and revenue targets.
    What this role involves:
  • Identifying and securing new clients through the sale of Pismo's technology solutions.
  • Developing and executing a robust pipeline of opportunities within key markets.
  • Collaborating with regional leaders and partners to ensure comprehensive regional coverage.
  • Deploying advanced sales methodologies to accelerate deal closures, utilizing a value-based selling approach.
  • Consistently meeting booking and revenue targets.
  • Cultivating partnerships with peers and senior leaders.
  • Operating effectively within a complex and competitive environment.
  • Structuring deals that maximize value and drive execution.
  • Promoting a collaborative environment with key stakeholders.
  • Employing high-level problem-solving and project management skills.
    Minimum Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience with payments and/or core banking solutions.
  • Proven track record in driving new client acquisitions.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed booking and revenue targets.
  • Experience deploying a sales methodology to accelerate deal closure.
  • Strong financial acumen related to deal structures.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to travel regionally if required.
