Pismo is seeking a Senior Director, Sales Executive to drive new client acquisitions and foster growth by selling Pismo's solutions. The ideal candidate will develop and manage a pipeline of new opportunities, collaborate with regional leaders and partners, and consistently meet booking and revenue targets.
What this role involves: - Identifying and securing new clients through the sale of Pismo's technology solutions.
- Developing and executing a robust pipeline of opportunities within key markets.
- Collaborating with regional leaders and partners to ensure comprehensive regional coverage.
- Deploying advanced sales methodologies to accelerate deal closures, utilizing a value-based selling approach.
- Consistently meeting booking and revenue targets.
- Cultivating partnerships with peers and senior leaders.
- Operating effectively within a complex and competitive environment.
- Structuring deals that maximize value and drive execution.

Minimum Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience with payments and/or core banking solutions.
- Proven track record in driving new client acquisitions.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed booking and revenue targets.
- Experience deploying a sales methodology to accelerate deal closure.
- Strong financial acumen related to deal structures.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to travel regionally if required.
