Job Description
OneSignal is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to play a crucial role in understanding customer requirements, designing strategic solutions, and securing technical validation in pre-sales engagements. The Solutions Engineer will collaborate with sales, GTM, product, and engineering teams, working directly with technical stakeholders to address customer needs.
- Partnering with sales to drive successful deals and customer outcomes.
- Collaborating internally to maintain security documentation and demo environments.
- Leading product demos and pre-sales processes.
- Supporting solution selling and working cross-functionally with customers and internal partners.
- Managing technical aspects of RFP/RFI responses.
- Leading and executing POCs and POVs.
- Aiding and securing technical, business, and security wins.
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS company.
- 2+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer role.
- Strong understanding of MarTech, Customer Engagement, or Messaging technologies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Technical understanding of APIs, SDKs, Databases, and Servers.
- Experience with API integrations.
- Ability to work effectively cross-functionally.
