Sales Manager (South Bohemia) at Inbank

Inbank is seeking a Sales Manager to expand its business partner network across the Czech Republic. The Sales Manager will work closely with business partners, including car dealers, merchants, and brokers, to help them succeed and grow with Inbank.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and acquiring new business partners in the Bohemia region, with a focus on car dealers.
• Training and developing business sales networks (car dealers, brokers, merchants).
• Increasing brand awareness and promoting collaboration opportunities.
• Maintaining strong relationships with partners' headquarters.
• Achieving sales and quality targets with business partners.
• Building long-term relationships by addressing partner needs and providing operational support.
• Overseeing the implementation of quality standards.
• Streamlining and optimizing sales processes.
• Collaborating with internal teams to design innovative product solutions.
• Analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of experience in sales or relationship management with B2B clients, preferably in the insurance or banking sector.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• Strong understanding of the car dealers market and sales networks.
• Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency in negotiation techniques.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Czech speaking, English at least in level B-1
• Valid driver’s license with active driving experience.
