Kensington is seeking a Destination Expert to plan, sell, and coordinate luxury private-guided tours. The Destination Expert will provide expert advice, work closely with customers and service providers, negotiate, and identify business opportunities. This role involves crafting creative approaches and handling client interactions to create ultimate travel itinerary.

Role Involves:

  • Planning, selling, and coordinating luxury private-guided tours.
  • Providing expert travel advice to customers.
  • Collaborating with service providers to create travel itineraries.
  • Negotiating and identifying business opportunities.
  • Executing operational and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Experience living, working, or traveling extensively.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
  • Understanding of luxury client experience.
  • Consultative sales skills or willingness to learn.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
