OLIVER Agency is seeking a Business Development Lead based in Mumbai, India. This role is within OLIVER, a part of The Brandtech Group. The Business Development Lead will be responsible for generating leads, managing RFIs/RFPs, and developing presentations to convert business.

Role Involves:

  • Managing the entire sales cycle.
  • Selling local in-house content, creative, and digital agency services.
  • Creating bespoke agency solutions for clients.
  • Developing sales strategies and plans.
  • Managing and nurturing the local sales team.
  • Maximizing new business development opportunities.
  • Managing the production of RFPs and presentations.
  • Working with strategy, marketing, finance, legal, and creative teams.
  • Increasing business opportunities.
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
  • Representing the business at events.
  • Negotiating sales.
  • Conducting pitch wash-ups.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in a sales role, preferably with advertising experience.
  • Experience in digital marketing, media, or ad-tech industries.
  • Proven track record of sales achievements.
  • Experience managing sales teams and targets.
  • Versatility to manage different stakeholders and industries.
  • Experience with RFPs.
  • Presentation, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Commercial acumen.
  • Ability to prioritize leads and maximize revenue.
  • Face-to-face and telephone sales experience.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
  • Strategic, consultative, and solution-based sales approach.
  • Excellent document creation skills.
  • Independent and proactive with strong project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a time-pressured environment.
