Catapult Sports is seeking an Associate Customer Success Specialist to improve the performance of athletes and teams. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the growth of the LATAM region by delivering high-quality training, education, and support to Catapult’s customers using wearable and video analysis solutions. This role is based remotely in Chile or Colombia and reports to the LATAM Customer Success Manager.
The Associate Customer Success Specialist will understand the sports industry and how technology drives performance improvement. He or she will act as a post-sale point of contact, accountable for retention and driving additional revenue by showcasing the value of Catapult's products. The role involves collaborating with business development managers, support technicians, solution architects, and customer success specialists to support existing clients and new business opportunities. He or she will also be the voice of customers, assisting Catapult’s product and engineering teams with the development of their technology.
