Job Description
Uniswap Labs is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Science and Analytics to lead its data-driven initiatives. The Senior Manager will be responsible for building and leading a team of data scientists and analysts, driving strategic decisions, optimizing products, and enhancing user experiences across Uniswap's platforms. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing experiments, and communicating findings to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the data science and analytics team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data-driven strategies.
- Drive collaboration between data science + product/eng to deliver insights.
- Ensure high quality, timely work by the data science team.
- Design and execute experiments to measure the impact of new product features.
- Establish and maintain scalable processes for data collection, preprocessing, modeling, and analysis.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Stay current with industry trends in data science and blockchain technology.
Requirements:
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 12+ years in a data science or analytics role, with 5+ years in leadership.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis, machine learning, and programming languages (Python, R, SQL).
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed computing frameworks.
- Understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets.
- Excellent communication skills.
