Program Associate, Colombia Fellows, Acumen Academy at Acumen

Acumen Academy is seeking a Program Associate in Colombia to support the Colombia Fellows Program. The Program Associate will work closely with the Program Manager to ensure a smooth learning experience for participants and monitor program effectiveness. Acumen is changing the way the world tackles poverty by investing in companies, leaders and ideas.Role responsibilities include:

• Supporting program delivery and operations.
• Building and maintaining a strong cohort.
• Monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness.

Requirements include:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management and user experience.
• Experience facilitating groups in both in-person and virtual settings.
• Understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Proficiency in Excel and data management tools.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
