The role involves:

• Maintaining strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
• Expanding Skutopia’s delivery capabilities through new carrier integrations.
• Overseeing all aspects of delivery services, ensuring high performance in fulfillment and last-mile delivery.
• Implementing cost-effective strategies across delivery operations.
• Managing delivery services to achieve profitability.

• Driving business performance improvement through data analysis.
• Optimising international shipping operations and cross-border logistics.

Requirements:

• 8 - 12 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or delivery operations.
• Strong leadership skills in managing fulfillment or last-mile delivery services.
• Proven ability to scale operations and optimise costs.
• Highly developed analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• High business acumen.
• Experience in eCommerce, 3PL, retail logistics, or tech-driven supply chain.
