CLEVR is seeking a resilient and driven Business Development Representative to join their team in Amersfoort, Netherlands. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building and qualifying a strong pipeline, with a focus on prospecting, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales pipeline to fuel revenue growth. CLEVR delivers digital transformation at scale by implementing Siemens and Mendix solutions.

The role involves:
  • Identifying and engaging potential customers through various channels.
  • Building and nurturing the sales pipeline.
  • Conducting initial discovery calls to understand customer needs.
  • Scheduling meetings and demonstrations with qualified leads.
  • Tracking and managing lead interactions in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Staying informed on the latest trends in low-code development and digital transformation.
  • Representing CLEVR at conferences and networking events.
  • Following up with prospects and providing educational resources.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of low-code platforms, digital transformation, and enterprise software solutions (a plus).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player with a proactive approach.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch. Other languages, like German or Norwegian, are a plus.
