CLEVR is seeking a resilient and driven Business Development Representative to join their team in Amersfoort, Netherlands. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building and qualifying a strong pipeline, with a focus on prospecting, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales pipeline to fuel revenue growth. CLEVR delivers digital transformation at scale by implementing Siemens and Mendix solutions.
The role involves:
- Identifying and engaging potential customers through various channels.
- Building and nurturing the sales pipeline.
- Conducting initial discovery calls to understand customer needs.
- Scheduling meetings and demonstrations with qualified leads.
- Tracking and managing lead interactions in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Staying informed on the latest trends in low-code development and digital transformation.
- Representing CLEVR at conferences and networking events.
- Following up with prospects and providing educational resources.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of low-code platforms, digital transformation, and enterprise software solutions (a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player with a proactive approach.
- Fluent in English and Dutch. Other languages, like German or Norwegian, are a plus.
