Recorded Future, a leading intelligence company, is seeking a Customer Success Manager in Tokyo, Japan. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients across various industries, ensuring they derive maximum value from Recorded Future's products and services. This role involves executing client engagement strategies, identifying risk factors, and collaborating with internal teams to nurture client relationships.
The Customer Success Manager will also learn the Recorded Future platform, become proficient in cybersecurity, and understand the functional areas where the company delivers value. They will manage the customer journey, capture customer feedback, and contribute to account renewals and upsells.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of corporate, commercial, and enterprise clients, spanning many industries.
- Executing client engagement strategy
- Identifying and assessing risk factors to accounts
- Working across teams to construct and scale solutions.
- Learning our platform, cybersecurity topics, and build familiarity with functional areas.
- Managing the customer journey and maximize our value to our users.
- Regularly capture, analyze, and share the voice of the customer.
Requirements include:
- Ability to work from the Tokyo office
- Native-level Japanese and conversational English
- Experience designing and executing communications and/or customer success programs
- A background in delivering client-focused outcomes
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Strong program management abilities
- The ability to gather and understand the client’s needs
