Recorded Future, a leading intelligence company, is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves managing a client portfolio and ensuring users derive maximum value from Recorded Future's products and services.Role involves:
Acting as the primary point of contact for customer security teams.
Driving product adoption across enterprise clients.
Executing client engagement strategies through comprehensive Success Plans.
Managing inquiries about the Intelligence Cloud, API/Integrations, and other services.
Identifying and escalating account risk factors.
Collaborating with various teams to scale solutions across customer businesses.
Capturing and sharing customer experiences internally.
Ensuring high rates of customer adoption, growth, and retention.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of Cyber/Information Security fundamentals.
Experience in Customer Success and enablement principles.
Familiarity with Project Management processes.
Passion for customer satisfaction.
Positive, collaborative attitude.
Professional approach for delivering customer engagements.
Experience designing and executing customer success programs.
Superb communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant Customer Success and SaaS work experience.
Native Arabic speaker and fluent in English.
Preferably based in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
