Recorded Future, a leading intelligence company, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineering Manager to lead the Sales Engineering team in Japan. This individual will report to the Senior Director of PreSales for Asia Pacific and Japan, partnering with Enterprise Sales leadership to drive customer strategy and success. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen in security technologies and prior experience mentoring and leading SE teams.

Role Involves:

  • Coaching and enabling the Sales Engineering team.
  • Partnering with Enterprise Sales leadership to align on expectations.
  • Building a culture of trust, transparency, and accountability.
  • experimenting with playbooks, demos, and deliverables.
  • Managing capacity planning and quality metrics.
  • Engaging with customers and helping formulate strategies for strategic accounts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4+ years leading a Pre Sales organization or technical selling organization related to Security
  • Understanding of Security technologies – Security Operations, SIEM, Vulnerability Assessment, Orchestration and Automation Solutions and more
  • Demonstrated ability to drive program results, hit deadlines, & measure team effectiveness
  • Exceptional interpersonal, team building, mentoring, and leadership skills.
  • Executive-level verbal and written communication skills, fluent in Japanese.
