Salesforce Consultant, Managed Services at NeuraFlash

NeuraFlash is seeking a Salesforce Consultant for their Managed Services team, based in Pune, India. The consultant will be responsible for bringing Salesforce project implementations to life by collaborating with clients. They will understand client's business, identify their requirements, and design, develop, QA and launch their solutions.

The role involves:

• Architecting and building best-in-class implementations of Service Cloud, Salesforce Digital Engagement, and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice
• Configuring Salesforce solutions using point and click tools available on the platform
• Working with the Delivery Manager and Project Manager to define responsibilities and outline project status to the customer
• Partnering with the Artificial Intelligence team to create innovative Salesforce solutions for customers
• Acquiring new technical expertise and understanding of latest Salesforce features and major launches
• Training and mentoring the team as required
• Working with clients to define requirements, propose & deliver solutions.

Requirements:

• 2+ years project experience in a hands-on position
• 1+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity
• Project Management experience a plus
• BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar technical degree or equivalent experience
• Understanding of Customer Service and and Project Management with experience solving Complex Use Cases utilizing the breadth of the Salesforce Platform
