Salesforce Consultant, Managed Services at NeuraFlash

NeuraFlash is seeking a Salesforce Consultant to contribute to Salesforce project implementations. The consultant will collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, identify requirements, and design, develop, QA, and launch solutions. This role offers a chance to work with cutting-edge technologies like Agentforce and make a significant impact.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and build best-in-class implementations of Service Cloud, Salesforce Digital Engagement, and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice
• Configure Salesforce solutions using point and click tools available on the platform
• Work with the Delivery Manager and Project Manager to define responsibilities and outline project status to the customer
• Partner with our Artificial Intelligence team to create innovative Salesforce solutions
• Ability to quickly acquire new technical expertise and understanding of latest Salesforce features
• Train and mentor our team as required
• Work with our clients to define requirements, propose & deliver solutions.

Requirements:

• 2+ years project experience in a hands-on position
• 1+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity
• Project Management experience a plus
• BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar technical degree or equivalent experience
• Understanding of Customer Service and Project Management
• Must be flexible to change
