Salesforce Consultant, Managed Services at NeuraFlash

NeuraFlash is seeking a Salesforce Consultant to contribute to the implementation of Salesforce projects. The consultant will collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, define requirements, and design, develop, and launch solutions. The role involves working with cutting-edge technologies such as Agentforce and integrating Salesforce Einstein, Service Cloud Voice, and Amazon Connect.This individual will be responsible for architecting and building Service Cloud implementations, configuring Salesforce solutions, partnering with the AI team, and acquiring expertise in Salesforce features. He or she will also work with clients to define requirements and propose solutions.Responsibilities:

• Architect and build best-in-class implementations of Service Cloud, Salesforce Digital Engagement, and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice
• Configure Salesforce solutions using point and click tools available on the platform (e.g., Process Builder and Visual Flows)
• Work with the Delivery Manager and Project Manager to define responsibilities and outline project status to the customer
• Partner with our Artificial Intelligence team to create innovative Salesforce solutions for our customers
• Ability to quickly acquire new technical expertise and understanding of latest Salesforce features and major launches and train and mentor our team as required.
• Work with our clients to define requirements, propose & deliver solutions.

Requirements:

• 2+ years project experience in a hands-on position
• 1+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity
• Project Management experience a plus
• BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar technical degree or equivalent experience
• Understanding of Customer Service and Project Management with experience solving Complex Use Cases utilizing the breadth of the Salesforce Platform
