Sr. AWS Developer, Managed Services

Job Description

NeuraFlash is seeking a skilled Sr. AWS Developer to join their Managed Services team. In this role, the developer will execute and implement complex solution designs leveraging AWS-optimized architectures at enterprise scale. The ideal candidate will have a strong development background and be proficient in either Python or Javascript.This position focuses on delivering solutions for contact centers, specifically leveraging Amazon Connect. The Sr. AWS Developer will work closely with a Solution Architect to deliver successful contact center solutions, provide technical advisory support, and configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions.Responsibilities include hands-on development of solution designs, leading a development team, delivering technical end-user training and documentation, and exercising independent judgment on enterprise-level projects.

Requirements include:

• Experience with hands-on programming (e.g., python, java, c#, .NET, Node.js)
• Experience building integrations across multiple systems, REST APIs
• Knowledge of JSON format and related services
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Experience with Cloudformation, and Lambda Integrations
• Experience implementing CI/CD or Infrastructure as Code
