NeuraFlash is seeking a skilled Sr. AWS Developer to implement complex solution designs using AWS-optimized architectures. The ideal candidate will have a strong development background, proficiency in Python or Javascript, and a deep understanding of core AWS services. This role focuses on delivering solutions for contact centers, specifically leveraging Amazon Connect.NeuraFlash selected as the only partner for the Agentforce private beta prior to launch and earned the distinction of being Salesforce’s #1 partner for Agentforce, reinforcing their role as pioneers in this transformative space.Role involves:
  • Working closely with a Solution Architect to deliver contact center solutions.
  • Providing technical advisory support.
  • Configuring Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions.
  • Hands-on development of Solution Designs.
  • Leading a development team and performing code reviews.
  • Delivering technical end user training and documentation.
Requirements:
  • Experience with hands-on programming (e.g., Python, Java, C#, .NET, Node.js).
  • Experience building integrations across multiple systems using REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of JSON format and related services.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
  • Experience with CloudFormation and Lambda Integrations.
  • Experience implementing CI/CD or Infrastructure as Code.
