NeuraFlash is seeking a skilled Sr. Salesforce Developer to contribute to Salesforce project implementations and internal product development. The Sr. Salesforce Developer will collaborate with customers to understand their business needs, define requirements, and design, develop, and implement solutions. This role involves working with Visualforce, Apex, Lightning Components, JavaScript, and AJAX to build customized solutions. They will also lead technical design sessions and stay updated on the latest Salesforce features.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with customers to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Architect solutions and develop in Visualforce, Apex, Lightning Components, JavaScript, AJAX, and other technologies.
- Lead technical design sessions with customers and project team.
- Acquire new technical expertise of latest Salesforce features and train the team.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of project experience in a hands-on technical position.
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity.
- BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a similar technical degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Salesforce project deployments, release management, and integration to legacy systems using Salesforce APIs.
- Experience implementing new deployments of Salesforce Service Cloud deployments, TableauCRM, and Experience Cloud is a plus.
- Professional experience owning the end-to-end Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
