NeuraFlash is seeking a skilled Sr. Salesforce Developer to contribute to Salesforce project implementations. The role involves collaborating with customers to understand their business needs, designing solutions, and developing, testing, and deploying them. The Sr. Salesforce Developer will also contribute to internal product development, building major components to package solutions. This position offers the opportunity to join a best-in-class delivery team and significantly impact the company's success. This role can be performed remotely for employees based in India.Role Involves:
- Working directly with customers to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Architecting solutions and developing in Visualforce, Apex, Lightning Components, JavaScript, and AJAX.
- Leading technical design sessions with customers and the project team.
- Quickly acquiring expertise in new Salesforce features and training the team.
- 3+ years of project experience in a hands-on technical role.
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce development or configuration.
- BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Salesforce deployments, including release management and integration to legacy systems using Salesforce APIs.
- Experience implementing new deployments of Salesforce Service Cloud, TableauCRM, and Experience Cloud is a plus.
- Experience owning the end-to-end Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce Platform and its architecture.
- Hands-on experience writing code in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Web Services Concepts like REST, SOAP, JSON and XML.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
