NeuraFlash is seeking a skilled Sr. Salesforce Developer to join their team. This role involves collaborating with customers to understand their business needs, define requirements, and design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions. The developer will also contribute to internal product development, building major components of the company's proprietary solutions.Responsibilities include:
- Working directly with customers to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Architecting solutions and developing in Visualforce, Apex, Lightning Components, JavaScript, and AJAX.
- Leading technical design sessions with customers and project team members.
- Quickly acquiring new technical expertise and mentoring the team on new Salesforce features.
- 3+ years of project experience in a hands-on technical position.
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity.
- A BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a similar technical degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Salesforce project deployments, integration to legacy systems, and original code development.
- Experience implementing new Service Cloud deployments, TableauCRM, and Experience Cloud.
- Professional experience owning the end-to-end Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
